Selection process for IGNOU’s Bachelor of Library Science and Information Science (B.LIS) for the 2026-27 session is entirely based on direct admission. All undergraduate students from an UG verified university who hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline are meeting the eligibility criteria and can apply for admission to this course. Currently, B.LIS does not have an entrance test, but admission is given on first come first serve based on seat availability. Registration is open and interested can apply before the deadline.

4. To log in choose Registered User Login on the right side of the page then enter your username password and Captcha. 
5. Now complete the login procedure by uploading all required files in the right sequence.

7. Submit your application and pay the admission fees using a credit card, debit card or online banking after the assurance. 
8. Candidates registered mail ID will now receive a letter confirming the application forms successful submission.
